Key Person System
Each child has their own key person to support them to feel reassured, safe and cared for within our Nursery. This person keeps a detailed journey of the child’s progress during their time with us. These records are regularly shared with Parents.
We understand that Parents are the child’s first educator and carer and actively encourage Parents to share their child’s experiences outside of Nursery with us. This supports us to further identify your child’s interests and developmental stages to ensure that we are providing stimulating and enhancing activities that meet individual needs.
